Fantastic service all the way through the process. Professional with great communication, keeping in touch to make sure everything was ok.
All of the staff were empathetic and when I called they knew who I was straight away, even though I have a different surname.
They made a truely terrible time for my family less stressful, by providing a professional and empathetic service.

Becky was amazing. Having to make the initial call was heart wrenching but she put me at ease immediately and guided me every step of the way. I couldn’t have gotten through the funeral without her.

We need to extend our thanks for the care and support we received from the very first phone call to the service and the aftercare. Becky and her team were professional, courteous and highly respectful. We felt like they got to know us as a family at a difficult time and were able to guide us through a very difficult process for which we had no prior knowledge. One or two issues could have been explained in more detail at initial meeting to arrange funeral. I felt the money side was top of there agenda. Other than that the funeral was lovely & very well done. Thank you Becky (funeral director) & her team.
