The team at Radcliffes have been an amazing support to our family again recently.  Their care, compassion, professionalism, respect and support from start to finish has been very much appreciated and we really value their  empathy and guidance at a very emotional and sad time. Everything was perfect for us and we were guided through everything we needed to know and do.  This is not the first time we have turned to Gwen and the team and all four of the funerals we have had to experience in the last 8 years have gone perfectly with the support of everyone at Radcliffes. Very highly and sincerely recommend Radcliffes and very grateful to everyone who supported us. Thankyou.

From the first contact by telephone and the face to face meeting nothing was too much trouble. Our requests were listened to, advise given with sensitivity and a description of how matters would take place.
A booklet with extensive leaflets and information was given and explained that these would help to assist with contacting other authorities and local government departments .
The funeral was conducted from the start to the finish exactly has had been discussed and agreed . The personal were very respectful and thoughtful throughout.

A magnificent effort from start to finish . 
At such a very sad time for our family at the loss of my dear Wife , Mum ,Grandma , Mother in Law , Sister , Sister in Law and friend to many many people.  The team at Radcliffes were 100% Professional from the time that James first stepped over our Threshold.
   Gwen, Andrew and James and the rest of the Team gave us the best service we could ever expect to receive at such a very sad time .
 Nothing was too much trouble for them and we were so pleased to be able to give Margaret the send off she deserved.
 On behalf of all the Family and friends a very big, big thank you for making a day we were not looking forward to, into a Celebration of Margaret's life .
 Family and Friend alike were  unanimous in praising the effort that the  Team put into making the whole day such a great success.

Gwen and the team were brilliant from start to finish. Keeping us informed of what was happening. All the staff on the day were very respectful. After the funeral Gwen phoned to see how we all were. It’s just the personal touch that sets them apart from the bigger companies. Would recommend them to anyone.
