I would like to say thankyou to Becki from the mirfield office who started things off for my father's funeral and then to Becky Charlotte and Jude for all the help with everything else. The team were very professional and took pride in everything that they did throughout the whole funeral. I would also like to thank Bill Wilde for his beautiful service and would recommend mackness coop for any other funerals in the future

Mackness were at all times very helpful, very respectful and very kind. They checked in frequently to make certain the family had no unanswered questions and the day went smoothly. Becky was always willing to help and give advice and the celebrant Jo was wonderful too. And the cost was very reasonable and fully explained up front.

I was contacted a few times to see if I was alright and happy with the way things were progressing. The celebrant came to my home to get a picture of David, my deceased husband. The service was good, the coffin and flowers were good.
I particularly liked the fact that when I was driving behind David (the hearse) that the driver kept an eye on me, and waited when traffic intervened.

The lady funeral director was a brave lady and walked slowly along the busy Wakefield Road, in front of the hearse. Well done.
