From first contact everyone was very professional and sympathetic.  Full clear details were given regarding the direct cremation and I felt completely happy with everything that was arranged.  I was kept up to date in the date and time of the cremation.  I can only thank Ruth and all the staff for the care they took to ensure my husband was treated in a dignified manner.  I would and have recommended your services to family and friends.

The staff at the co.op at greenhead were professional
compassionate and discreet when collecting dad from our home.
Ruth was the first person that we spoke to and she was very helpful caring and answered all of our questions. Ruth reassured us as we had never had a family member who did not want a traditional funeral before, but we had to follow Dads wishes.
Ruth kept us up to date on the progress of the cremation and the the crematorium let us know when Dads ashes were ready to collect.
Thank you all so much for making our experience as pain free as possible.
