All of the Coop staff provided excellent service. From start to finish the funeral arrangements were carried out in a highly efficient manner and the process was made at easy as possible for me. The staff showed empathy and gave attention to every detail of the funeral. The day of the funeral went like clockwork and the staff were very attentive to the family and guests alike. Ruth, Imogen, Michael, and all the staff at Greenhead Road Co-op Funeralcare were wonderful - talked us through everything, did it all in the nicest possible of ways in what would otherwise be terrible circumstances, made us feel like our Mum would be well looked after and in the best hands right from the start, kept in constant contact, were always happy to talk whenever we had things to ask by phone, email, or just popping in in-person, and also found us an incredible celebrant to lead the service. very professional and with empathy. All stages were sympathetically explained, and help given with selection of flowers, coffin, order of service etc. A full run down of service was supplied to us 2 days in advance so we were clear what was happening on the day. The day ran smoothly. We are grateful for how it was run.

This was the second funeral that they have done for us within a year apart for my dad last August and now for my mum this year.

Michael and all the staff at Cooperative funeral services have been so fantastic and kept me informed of what is required and left me feeling very comfortable and relief knowing that my mum will have a brilliant send off.

I was not disappointed as it went very smoothly and the service at the crematorium was outstanding.

I would recommend this company to deal with there loved ones funeral.

My Aunt and I are extremely pleased with the service we have received from our initial phone call clarifying details of a direct cremation to the receipt of my Uncles ashes. We have already recommended your services and will continue to sing your praises. It is the first time we have used a direct cremation and will definitely be using this service again.
