From start to finish Devon was exceptionally professional, caring , empathetic and supported us throughout a very difficult time.
Devon went above and beyond to ensure we could see my mum quickly in the chapel of rest as my sister didn’t see her when she passed away and was really distraught.
Devon organised the funeral beautifully and did everything we asked for.

We came back to the Co-op at Heckmondwike after using them for my Grandma’s funeral only 7 months prior. Once again they were very caring and considerate and made arranging my Grandad’s funeral very easy. Devon is an amazing lady who I would consider a friend, nothing is too much trouble for her.
