From the moment this nightmare begun there were no doubts in mind who would be trusted to take care of our lovely dad. 
The professional, empathic, caring staff at George Brooke took hold of control from the very first call.
Not only did they care from our dad but they also guided us as a family and did everything in their power to ensure things were right and as we wished. 
Every aspect of this journey has been made a little lighter the bare knowing that dad was cared for every step of the way and the funeral arrangements were fulfilled to every detail.
On behalf of my family and I, I would like to thank each and every one of you.

Dad certainly got the send of deserved and that itself makes today a little brighter .

George Brookes are second to none, from the first phone call to the last they are there for you, nothing is too much trouble. Each member of staff we have dealt with have been wonderful, supportive, friendly and professional. They made our Dad look so peaceful, just as if he was sleeping. The funeral went smoothly with great care and consideration, Judith you were so lovely with Stuart when he was losing it outside the Crematorium and with me when I couldn't leave Dads coffin. To Helen, Judith, Dee, Elisha and all the other members of staff we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for looking after our Dad and enabling us to give him the best send off possible. P. S. thank you for your patience with me, I know I wore the doorstep off!

We have used George Brooke for all the funerals and the service from start to finish is professional, sympathetic, and most of respectful. Funerals are not something you plan regular and the moment you call with no idea the staff put you at ease and explain step by step what happens. 
Yes their a business and make their money but not once do they hound you or talk money like some other directors. I and my sister honestly cannot thank them enough for giving my mother and father a superb send off and tribute. 
It’s hard losing anybody but the staff here do all they can to help all the way through.

From the initial phone call, to the actual funeral and aftercare, I cannot praise George Brookes funeral service enough. Such a caring, compassionate group of professionals who helped us through my fathers funeral. They gently  guided our family through a very upsetting time, organising everything we requested and advising when we needed help. They made a very difficult time so much easier with their unfailing kindness and support. Judith and Helen were amazing, such kind, genuine, caring people. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We will be eternally grateful.
