From the moment we first phoned, they have been brilliant – nothing was too much trouble. Judith took us us through all the details with such care and attention. We knew we were in the right hands on such a sad and difficult occasion. An amazing service, your professionalism and kindness is outstanding. Thank you to all your team.

From the very start of what is a most distressing and emotional time, Helen and her team have been kind, understanding, helped me along and listened to all of my requests and thoughts. Dad died in 2019 and the excellent service we received from Judith and her team in 2019 meant we had no hesitation in asking them to carry out our mum’s funeral arrangements. 
Mum died on 27/12/22 and due to Christmas and New Year’s bank holidays Judith went into action straight away to organise a date at the crematorium then we didn’t have to wait weeks to say goodbye to mum. 
How nice it was to have the same person dealing with mums funeral as we had for dad. We felt as if we knew her already. 
Judith was so helpful in helping us with the service, flowers and a catering venue. 
The quality of service from the rest of the team was so kind and courteous I would recommend George Brooke to anyone.

George Brooke handled Dad’s funeral in 2020 and because we were so impressed they became the obvious choice for Mum’s funeral.
Our initial meeting was with Helen Wilson who was able to guide us through the next steps with the right amount of warmth and professionalism. We felt instantly reassured that she understood our wishes as a family and she was both knowledgable and helpful when it came to making any decisions. Brooks complied with all our wishes allowing us as much or as little input as we wanted to give. We were very happy with everything on the day and would highly recommend George Brooke Funeral Directors Ltd.

Our wishes were put into place better than we could have imagined for our beloved dad.  Led by Helen who has the incredible gifts of empathy, vision and leadership.  Throughout the the service every detail was attended to; one step ahead, guiding the mourners and her wonderful team with confidence and grace.  

George Brooke Ltd efficiently liaised with Father Hird whose support, prayers and Requiem Mass at Holy Spirit Church will always remain treasured memories.

I was so pleased with both the initial response to Mary's passing, Helen's visit was not only extremely proffesional but warm and friendly. She extracted the right amount of information from me so calmly, without hurting, on such a delicate task.
The office staff, when I visited your premises, were both courteus and polite. Their telephone responses were clear and sympathetic .
The funeral day went very smoothly with military like precision. Helen, again led the family and our friends with dignity and the right amount of firmness required at such a sad time.
I thank every member of the staff for their quality of service. Thank you
