From beginning to end Co-op Brighouse Funeralcare made the whole process of my mother's funeral a seamless affair. They thought of everything so that we had choices for the service. They kept us updated on everything and checked that we were coping with the situation. The day before the funeral they gave is a run through of the whole procedure, and on the day everything went beautifully. All attending enjoyed the celebration of my mother's life and ended with a tear and a smile on their faces.
I would like to thank personally, Zoe, Jessica and Kirsty, who carried out every task with professionalism, integrity and great warmth.

Would like to say that myself and family have been so thankful and grateful for how lovely the co op funeral care has dealt with the arrangements. They have rang numerous times checking if we needed anything and to update us on anything. They have made this easier under the circumstances for certain and would like to thank them for there kindness and professionalism.

Thank you. You were very professional at this difficult time and helped us have the funeral we wanted for my mother. The only area we felt there could be improvement was the service over the weekend of the death of my mother when we were only able to leave a message for someone to get back to us on a weekday. It was difficult being left not knowing what would happen and not being able to get any advice in that initial two days.

We lost both our parents in a short space of time, and as we were very impressed with the service provided by Zoe in arranging my mums funeral , we did not hesitate in using them to arrange my Dads funeral. Once again both Zoe and Jess showed nothing but genuine care and empathy They are friendly and compassionate, and nothing is ever too much trouble. Thank you girls once again for assisting at such a difficult time.

The staff were very kind, helpful and supportive, at what was a difficult time. They ensured the actual day of the service went as well as possible, attending to all the details so we did not need to worry about them as a a family. On the actual day of the funeral, they providing a dignified, well planned service, taking us to the church, the crematorium and the local golf club.

What a fantastic funeral directors, right from the very start they did a remarkable job and they were so professional at all times, they were in constant communication with me even if it was just to ask how I was doing and if there was anything that they could do for me, they followed my wishes to the T at all times, on the funeral day they were all brilliant and kept the upmost respect for my husband and family at all times and the lady (ZOE) who walked in front of the hearse from our home went over and above to ensure everything was perfect, thankyou all so much for making a very tough day a little easier, I can recommend this company to look after your loved one, PERFECT.

We purchased a funeral plan from the CO OP and chose the gold plan.

From start to finish the support from all the staff was superb and the attention to detail was exceptional. They  took the stress of arranging the funeral away from us and allowing the family time to grief. They liaised with the church and cemetery and organised flowers.

On the day of the funeral they took care of everything and it went as a smooth as it could go.

I would recommend them to anyone  looking at buying funeral services.

From start to finish the coop at Brighouse have been incredible. At our family’s  most heartbreaking moment, the staff have been accommodating empathetic and most of all caring. They listened to all our requests, nothing was too much trouble. Accommodating special requests for disabilities and family being long distances away. I cannot put into words how appreciative we are for everything they have done to help the process be as seem less and easy as possible.  Thank you.
