The whole team at Brighouse were fantastic from start to finish. My dads funeral was co- ordinated with the utmost precision. All our wishes were carried out to the letter. We have used this branch on 3 occasions quite recently and we have never had any complaints or cause for concern.

We were supported every step of the way and my lovely mum was treated with respect and dignity throughout. 

Special thanks to Zoe for her patience and understanding as this was the first time
I had dealt with a funeral, but she guided me all the way through.

My Father suddenly passed away on the 19th August 2022. Having never had to plan a funeral before myself & my family did not know where to start! We made contact with the Co-Op & from start to finish the ladies there (Zoe & Kirsty) we’re absolutely amazing! Both ladies were extremely welcoming on the day we attended to make our arrangements, they were friendly & understanding, showing empathy the whole way through our days of contact together. They were “on the ball” making contact with us at every important stage - I don’t think we could of asked for anyone better than both Zoe & Kirsty to look after my father & us in the final stages of his journey. Staff on the day of the funeral were equally as lovely - from the chauffeur driver to the coffin bearers, as funerals go it was the most amazing send off that we could of wished for. Huge thank you also to Martyn Jones (our celebrant) who was absolutely perfect to speak on the day for us - feedback to the family has been received that my fathers funeral was one of the best people have ever attended - thank you all.

The staff at FuneralCare in Brighouse have been excellent thru the whole process. Thanks to their efforts, the whole funeral process was very smooth from initial discussion re our requirements to the actual funeral. The staff are very caring and compassionate at such a hard time. Communication was fantastic, if I had anything to ask I just had to ring and someone would answer. I cannot thank Zoe enough for her caring and help. The floral arrangements were just outstanding and lovely. Such a lovely warm friendly place to deal with I cannot recommend them enough.
