Every body involved with Mums care was so kind professional and understanding.
We had a seamless funeral the flowers were lovely the order of service was first class. The music we chose was loud and clear.
Parkwood crematorium was the ideal place to it too, just being 10 minutes down the road. 
I would highly recommend them if you unfortunately need their services.

Really calm and helpful, made it feel very individualised and allowed space to ask questions and chat. All the physical products were lovely and everything on the day couldn’t have gone better. Made what is a really difficult time feel manageable and safe. The care of both the deceased and family was second to none.

My sister had passed away with no funeral plan in place although we had discussed the matter.
A close friend had been in the same situation only weeks previously, & recommended Coop as being friendly, sympathetic & informative.
They are certainly all of the above.
I live 380 miles away, so they put a "Rushton to get the ashes returned to me, before I have to return.
I can't thank them enough for the service, consideration & support through this stressful time, to the point where I will use them again for my own cremation.

Kirsty/Zoe and the rest of the team were supportive/understanding/showed empathy at every stage. They were attentive to our needs and nothing was too much. They cared for dad beautifully and helped us to include our children in saying goodbye. I would recomend them to anyone wishing for a bespoke funeral with the utmost professionalism and care not only for you loved one but for those who are left behind.

At a time of great loss, my sister and I received a warm welcome, we had a tight budget and were treated respectfully throughout.  The actual service presented and carried out, using their celebrant, made the day a wonderful memory for my family and friends who attended.  I would recommend this funeral home to anybody who enquires.

Zoe at Brighouse Co-op funeralcare couldn't have been more helpful. She led us through the whole process with smooth professionalism. She managed to coordinate a service and burial in a town 50 miles away with calm assurance. Whenever we had questions there was always a 'can do' attitude with answers coming back, if not straight away, then within 24hrs.
