Zoe at Brighouse Co-op funeralcare couldn't have been more helpful. She led us through the whole process with smooth professionalism. She managed to coordinate a service and burial in a town 50 miles away with calm assurance. Whenever we had questions there was always a 'can do' attitude with answers coming back, if not straight away, then within 24hrs.

The BIGGEST Thank you to all the team, that’s Zoe & Kirsty at Brighouse, all the back of house team at Towngate and all crew on the day being Colin, Darren, Derek & John. For all their support and kind words spoken and sent to me when my lovely sister was taken away so suddenly. We never know when our time is up ? But you won’t meet a more kinder or caring bunch than everyone at the Heckmondwike Hub.

Everything was very good on the day. But there is a problem with contacting the service by telephone. Calls to the local office are redirected to the central office in Manchester and they invariably tell you to “phone back later”. No suitable time is given and you could well find that no-one is available to talk to you when you phone back. This does not appear to be the fault of the local office. It is a fault with the system. It really needs looking at. It is very frustrating to be told to phone back later.
