I’m very disappointed that I haven’t been informed that the cremation went ahead. Previously I have always had a phone call to tell me. Also I wasn’t informed that you had brought my son into your care. Not very good customer service. I may think about going elsewhere another time

Really happy with Megan-the funeral director at legrams Lane, Bradford branch. She was so helpful and couldn't have done any more to help. A very kind and gentle lady and that made all the difference to me whilst dealing with my mother's cremation.definately rate her 12 out of 10 for the whole package.
