Safe Hands Funeral Services was recommended to us. We are so pleased we listened to that advice as the recommendation was well founded. As soon as we met Penny we knew we had made the right choice. She was very caring and kind. Penny and her team were very thoughtful in their approach to constructing a wonderful and memorable ceremony for my mother. The flowers, coffin and service sheets were all beautifully prepared with great attention to detail. In a time of great sadness they created a relaxed and cheery environment. As a family it was just what we wanted - a celebration of my mother life without dwelling on the sadness of her passing. Our experience exceeded a expectations. Thank you Penny.

We found Safe Hands Funeral Services to be exceptional. Penny was such a gentle, calm presence in most troubled of times. Her attention to detail and understanding of our needs was such a relief and comfort to us. 

My Mother's funeral was quite simply perfect. The location, choice of celebrant, coffin, flowers, limo and order of service were all on point and honoured my mother in the most perfect way.

Penny is wonderful, able to explain processes and choices really clearly. She actually listens to what you want and then has great suggestions to help make it happen, a rare professional. Warm and approachable, yet seemlessly organised and on top of things. I trusted her and her team, they did not disappoint. Her attention to detail was such a relief. She created a superb order of service booklet that was totally unique, putting a lot of time and effort into it to make sure it was as good as it could be. It was a wonderful tribute to my dad. She is hard working, thoughtful and committed to each and every client, and I found her service to represent good value for money. Having the right funeral director makes the whole thing so much more bearable. Deciding to phone Penny will be one of the best decisions you could make at this difficult time.

Everything about safe hands was caring considerate & a desire to give a very personal service. It was tailored to suit our individual needs as a family & reflect the character of our loved one.

I cannot recomend safehands Highly Enough.
Penny was great from first contact to finish,nothing being to much trouble.

She managed our estranged family situation with great sensitivity taking great care to ensure all our familys wishes were met.

The premises has a warm comforting ambiance ,we felt at ease talkig to penny (no Hard sell)

Penny was great throughout making thoughtful and helpful sugestions,where needed.

The florest she used was amazing our flowers were spot on both times-
(saddly our second funeral in two years.)

We used The celebrant recomended by Penny ( Leo Star)He put together a fantastic Eulogy full of Warmth and love.

Comunication was also great , Penny responded in good time to any concerns.

We would definatly give 5 *plus to Safehands and recommend them to anyone in need of there sevices.

From the initial planning meeting to the end of the Funeral Service at Chichester crematorium for my late wife, Safe Hands delivered an absolutely faultless, caring, programme. I made many extra demands; all were met without demur.
Their attention to detail was outstanding, down to smart pall bearers in polished shoes - not always the case elsewhere. At no time was there any pressure to spend more.
At a sad, stressed time, Safe Hands were exactly what their title suggests. I can unreservedly recommend them. They have my deep thanks.
