Excellent, from the day i.phined to book the appointment to the end of the funeral.It all went so well.The ladies Karen & Amy where so lovely &.compassionate @ what was a very difficult time for us. They where so warm &.welcoming .They asked if owould like the staff who where to accompany mum including Karen to wear bright pink ties as that was the them bright colours & they looked lovely .I would definitely recommend them

I went through a very difficult time when my wife lost her pregnancy at ten weeks. I turned to the funeral services of COOP Crawley Funeralcare. There we met Mrs. Carly who gave us all the support we needed. We have communicated very well and it was explained very well what we are going to do until the day of the funeral ceremony. At the funeral ceremony we met Karen Smith, who was very professional and explained to us again step by step what we are going to do. . We are very satisfied and grateful to all those who contributed and made it easier to get through this difficult time in our lives. Thank you!

The staff dealt with the funeral in an efficient and compassionate manor. They were always helpful whenever we called and sympathetic when we visited the home. The funeral was beautifully arranged and gave my mum the day she deserved.
