Carly was absolutely brilliant with everything she did for us.
Tracy the funeral director so so sympathetic towards my son and supported us through the whole journey.
The bearers and every one that day was outstanding I cannot praise the tree bridges staff and the team from Brighton enough.

As a family it is a tough time to organise a funeral Michelle was brilliant with us and took time to explain about what coop could do for us with sensitivity and understanding and Johns coffin was beautiful the hearse was perfect and all staff involved on the day were so caring and thoughtful. Collette who took the service was outstanding from meeting her in our home and seeing us through to organising the service. The order of service was just perfect. We would highly recommend you to all our family and friends. Thank you isn’t enough.

Our Dad's funeral was arranged by Karen Norris and her colleagues at the Co-op Funeralcare, Crawley.

The funeral went like clockwork. Karen was amazing in helping us at such a sad time. Karen has the most caring and compassionate nature which helped us greatly. Her colleagues were exceptional too

The Team at Three Bridges have been more than helpful. Kind and very caring during our recent bereavement. They have taken us from the depths of grief to the comfort needed during this sad time. 
We could not have asked for a better and caring team of dedicated workers. They were with us all the way to the very end. It made the pain bearable by having a good supportive team of people.

Carly, Karen and the  celibate Mandy all treated me with great sympathy and understanding. Cliff’s funeral was easy to arrange thanks to the wonderful care of Carly. Karen went above and beyond carrying out all the request i made on the day of the funeral. Thanks to all their kind care the day went off beautifully. I can only say a big thank you to all the staff. The Co op carried out my mums funeral beautifully a couple of years ago by Karen. That is why i returned and was so pleased to see Karen still there. You should be so proud of your wonderful staff. Infact i will be taking out a prepaid funeral plan with you in the new year.

I was so impressed with the service that was provided to me and my family at the sad passing of my brother. We used the Three Bridges branch and Carley was so very helpful and treated us with exactly the right tone which enabled us to get through what is for all people a difficult thing to get right. Karen who attended on the day of the funeral made it all go so smoothly and I would like to thank both Carly and Karen for the wonderful service we received.
