Excellent supportive and helpful staff. They explained every step that would happen and provided me with all the information necessary to decide on funeral arrangements. They chased all the necessary paperwork. I would highly recommend.

We were treated with great kindness, sympathy and care every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble. They gave us options and allowed us time and space to choose. The staff at the service and driver were professional, attentive and again really kind and thoughtful. It made a very hard process and event as easy as it possibly could be.  Thank you

Karen was very helpful and professional both when I made the arrangements and on the day of the funeral.  All the arrangements were good, however I don’t think it is acceptable not to be given a choice of times and dates.

Carly and Karen were so kind and helpful, it made the whole experience  of organising my Dad’s funeral very easy and positive. I also realised that, as my Dad organised my Mum’s funeral with Karen seven years ago, he would have been helped in the same way and I am so grateful that he would have been looked after at that difficult time - just as I was. We would like to thank Carly Murray the Funeral Arranger who was very understanding and arranged everything as we wanted. Carly picked exactly the right celebrant that suited us and he was absolutely brilliant, his name is David Harland and we would like to thank him as well. Thank you Karen Norris the funeral director who was superb from start to finish, especially on the day. We would also like to thank all the people behind the scene that go unmentioned but do a very important job. We also received a phone call, all part of the service offering advice and help which is so important for those who don’t know what to do.

The team were very active in arranging the funeral service and every detail was discussed and our wishes accommodated.

The family was also really well supported during the actual funeral service and received many complements about the care and attention provided by the director.

We decided to include a visual tribute that we composed from our own photographs and slides and this was nicely arranged and presented by the crematorium staff and service leader.

The coop where amazing from start to finish. Michelle who helped us plan my mums funeral was so personal, kind, supportive and had all the time in the world for us! She was truly amazing. Karen was also amazing, she’s very professional, very kind and definitely made the day feel like it was about mum. I can not thank them enough for all their help and support in a very dark time. These people are super stars and made a very hard time that little bit better.
