The entire experience was made as easy and pleasant as possible. The many choices were carefully explained and described. The options offered were tasteful and affordable. The same person was available to us at all times, in person , on the phone and online, as many times as we had need.  The surroundings of the offices are elegant and comfortable. Access to the loved one was readily available.  The event itself was exactly as we wished and therefore left us with a great feeling of satisfaction and even pleasure that all had been so thoroughly appropriate. All personnel  were warm, friendly and very professional.

Two funerals in one week for our family to cope with and organise seemed a monumental task. The co-op, however, were utterly brilliant from start to finish. Rachael was great and totally efficient in the planning stages and marcus and graham were again totally respectful on the day.
Both funerals went really well. We were flooded with compliments so many many thanks to the co-op funeral services for everything. We would recommend you every time.
