The kindness and compassion that James showed us, at a very difficult time, helped us enormously and will be remembered.  From the minute we visited the funeral parlour he guided us through the process, and offered gentle advice regarding arrangements for Mum’s funeral.  Communication was excellent at all times.  James and his colleagues were very professional and understanding throughout.
Finally, the Celebrant (MR) who James put us in touch with, did an absolute brilliant job in leading the service and captured everything about Mum after only a short home visit to discuss the service.
We would highly recommend all the services as above, as they helped make for a sad but joyful day.
