I have used the Coop previously for the funeral of other family members and didn't hesitate to contact them again on the death of my wife, Helen. We have all been treated with great respect and sympathy - and all of the staff were incredibly kind. Marcus was brilliant , as were all the staff, but special mention for Danielle who was a great comfort to me after seeing Helen's body for the final time. Andrew Smith

I have to say the co.op were excellent especially Danny she was so professional treated my Dad with respect and dignity, she kept us up to date with everything. On the day of my dads funeral. Marcus talked us through every and the ceremony went perfect. Thank you for everything. The Carey family

    The Co-operative funeral care Rugby were fantastic. Respectful, sympathetic and very friendly. All the staff were very approachable and understood our needs as a family. On the day of my grandfather's funeral the funeral director and assistants were very smart and always offered a helping hand whenever it was needed, a true credit to the company.

    They left flowers meant for the hearse at the funeral home so we had drive past Dad's old home without flowers and divert to the funeral home to pick them up on the way to the crematorium. Left in the car park for a length of time while the flowers were located and loaded in.

I believe Helen, your funeral director, did apologise for our error on the day and during her follow up call, I wish there was something else I could say but this was purely an oversight on our part due to human error.
