The Co-Op were easy to deal with and I would highly recommend them.

I was unfortunate to loose both my mother and my nan over a period of three months and the Coop dealt with both of the funerals,
On both occasions the process was dealt with in a professional and non pushy manner

Admiration to all the staff at the Nuneaton co operative funeral care, from the start to the end, they could not have assisted  anymore, unfortunately family members requested a funeral four weeks after our mum dying, when we were notified of late date, we popped in to see staff at the co operative funeral care regarding late date, within 30 minutes all had been rearranged, from the church, horses, hearse , cars, burial plot and our mum coming home the night before her funeral, what a relief, from the start of the journey to the end, they have been out standing, thank you for all your help and for keeping us informed all the way through, thanks for looking after our Angel .
