Sadly, my brother passed away recently. He is the first of our family to pass away. Not knowing where to turn I trawled the internet searching for help. I found an advert for the Coop funeral services and, being from Washington, decided to ring the Concord branch. They were brilliant in every way. From my first timid contact and still in shock, they were very understanding and professional and helped me through the whole process. The funeral went without a hitch and the Celebrant, Mark, captured the spirit of my brother with his speech. Everything was taken care of, I couldn't ask for any more from the staff. I thank them all for their help, support and for making my brothers send off perfect. Thank you all.

My father recently passed away at the grand old age of 92. Co-op funeral care dealt with everything from the planning, right through to the day of the funeral.

During this difficult time for the family, Co-op funeral care were efficient and compassionate when sorting out the finer details of the funeral.

Daniel Smith, the celebrant who conducted the funeral service was excellent. Dan was very professional and contributed to giving my dad the great send off he deserved

The Co-op Funeralcare, Washington provided excellent service for the funeral of my Mam - Rose Mary Wilson on 27th Jan 2022. I cannot thank the staff enough for their care & attention to detail. From my first phone call, David, Nicola & Ann provided guidance & support with every aspect of the arrangements and made a very difficult 3 weeks more manageable for our family. Mam was treated with dignity and respect throughout and for that we will be forever grateful.
