We dealt with Ben at first and he was brilliant, listened to us and planned everything perfectly. Unfortunately Ben could not perform the funeral so Andrew stepped in and he was equally as good. Choosing a funeral director is incredibly daunting; you only get one chance to say goodbye, and you feel the weight of wanting everything to be perfect for your loved one. I can honestly say that Andrew Grey is a company you can place your absolute trust in at such a significant time.

Our specific director, Ben White, was exceptional. He handled every detail with incredible grace and professionalism, taking a huge weight off our shoulders during a very difficult period. Ben’s compassion and attention to detail ensured the service was a perfect tribute to my Nana. We felt supported every step of the way and are so grateful for his kindness.

From start to finish the team at Andrew Grey have been so kind , thoughtful and supportive to myself and my dad. It’s always sad losing a loved one but to lose a son and brother at 43 years of age is a pain we wouldn’t wish on our worst enemy . The team cared for our beautiful Christopher once he was in their care and made sure he was sleeping so peacefully. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for protecting our Christopher on his last journey and making sure he was respected and honoured until he was at complete rest.
