Our family and I really appreciate the wonderful care and compassion they gave to our family we couldn’t have wished for a better day we are very grateful for all help given.
The service was just as we wanted for John and I do believe he would have appreciated everything.
The eulogy given by Allyson was a lovely tribute to John and we can’t thank her enough, the music was just him, he was a quiet and gentle man and loved by everyone who new him.

Thank you all for all your help.

The service received from start to finish was professional, efficient but also very caring. I received a high level of support from David and Sonia throughout the whole process. The level of communication was excellent and all aspects of the process were fully explained . David was very supportive and demonstrated a high level of compassion and understanding at a difficult time.

All the staff at the Co-op funeral services were brilliant in assisting me with my Mother's funeral. At a time I really needed their aid they were there for me. They were both professional and sympathetic. Everything was done just as I wished for. I felt supported. I would recommend them to anyone planning a funeral for a loved one.

From the first contact we were treated with respect and dignity. Awesome service by the co op team at Concord Washington, Tyne and Wear. Nothing was a problem every question answered with sensitivity and clarity. I am so impressed with the service received, myself and husband are considering purchasing a funeral plan from the Co op too.

The staff at Washington funeral care were so sympathetic and understanding from the very first meeting . They helped us through the whole process with amazing empathy and respect , and nothing was too much trouble . They were total diamonds in a sometimes harsh world . I cannot thank them enough for there work and will never forget there kindness .

From our first initial contact with the CO-OP funeral company to the final part of Margaret’s journey we cannot express our thanks and gratitude enough to each and everyone at the Washington funeral service who contributed to this wonderful and beautiful send off.
Sonia was our first contact with Washington funeral service, she was very courteous and understanding and arranged a meeting that same day with Alison, the funeral director. Sonia also greeted us in when we went to see Margaret in the chapel of rest.
Alison came to our home and talked to us and reassured us about everything that would happen, choosing the coffin, flowers and order of service and keeping us informed every step of the way. Alison was there for us at the rosary when Margaret was taken into church the evening before, everything was lovely.
Ann, was our next contact at the funeral parlour, she was so caring and compassionate and nothing was a problem. Ann dealt with everything that we wanted for Margaret and made sure it all came together, which it did, so lovely.
Nicola was our final contact on the day of the funeral and again she made sure that everything we had asked and planned for happened, which it did and more. Nicola even asked us if we would like a song or a hymn played at the burial, which we did.
We cannot express our gratitude and thanks enough to everyone involved in Margaret’s send off. 
We would like to offer our thanks also to the pall bearers who were so gentle and caring with Margaret.
Thank you once again for all the help and kindness you all showed to us, it helped us so much, Daphne and Trevor Clark.
