I couldn’t have asked for better service. From first contact with Richard to the day of the funeral, and beyond, everything was covered & sorted with great attention to detail, tailored perfectly to our personal requirements. My husband had died very unexpectedly & the service I got from the Coop helped to give me one less thing to worry about. Thanks to everyone involved.

When it's service you don't encounter regularly you really don't know what to expect...what I do know is at a time when I could barely think straight, the service provided by wallsend coop Funeralcare was perfect ..it was informative without being 'too much' it was advisory without being pushy ,it was a supportive but let me be in control .. it was caring and understanding ...it was everything I needed and more every step of the way ...for me.. the family and my late mum .... The Co-op Funeral Service did a first-class job of arranging my Mum's Recent cremation. Living 150 miles away from my maternal home and without a local base the Co-op did a splendid job of managing local arrangements. Cannot speak more highly of Rebecca Hebron.

I would just like to say that everything was first class, from the moment Richard first contacted me and throughout everything. It was a massive relief to have the support of the whole team, I don't know all their names but Richard, Irene, Linda, Karen, Kate and anybody else there deserves a massive thank you and I would certainly recommend their services for anybody else who has to go through the emotional experience, it was lovely to have all their support.
Finally Richard arranged for a lovely lady called Ann Thelwell to act as Celebant and she too was a complete treasure who helped compile and read my Mum's Eulogy most beautifully on the day.

Funeral director was very helpful and nothing was a problem but on the day they turned up a little late so arrived at crematorium 5 minutes late. Funeral went well but could have been problems if the traffic was slow.
