I would highly recommend the coop they showed respect at all times, Craig was so thoughtful on day of my dads funeral his support was second to none everything they did for our family was courteous, respectful and the treatment my dad received at Chapel of rest was outstanding

Our experience with Co-op funeral care has been excellent from start to finish. We have been treated with respect, sympathy and understanding. The funeral itself was very organised and dignified - we didn’t have to worry about anything. Our special thanks go to David Nye - he guided us throughout, was always ready to answer our questions with patience and respect. Special thanks must also go to Lynne - we must have driven her crazy with all the phone calls. She was forever patient, always sympathetic and respectful, and very helpful.

Yeah overall I think my mums funeral director was spot on he offered so much support very pleasant to speak to understanding made alot of time on phone offering emotional support and the other staff are amazing and very pleasant also and My mams funeral was perfect Craig done it exactly how I wanted very nice person excellent service and would recommend this service to everyone great company great staff and overall I'm happy the way my mams funeral went Craig done it exactly the way I wanted and for that I'm so grateful my mam had a beautiful send off the way I wanted her too , overall Craig is the nicest bloke and funeral director I've ever met and was a real pleasure working with him to plan mams funereal she got the best care there so 10 out of 10 for everything him and his team have done I'm very grateful 🙏

Absolutely disgusting customer service at a time when you least expect and when I told them I wasn’t happy the way they handled it was shocking. Would never use them or recommend them. Still waiting a regional manager ringing me

I cannot thank the team at Cooperative Funeral Care enough. David, our funeral director, was very professional and friendly in his role, and added the personal touches that was not only part of the service provided, but also went above and beyond in making us feel comforted and supported. My mother got the sendoff she deserved and all was made to feel smooth and supportive.
