Craig, Lynne and the team were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and caring helping and advising me through the process and options  for my late brothers burial.  I live abroad and so initially through e-mail and telephone conversations.  Once I arrived back in the U.K. all the relevant paperwork was ready for me to attend to.  Alison Hayton , the humanist celebrant had contacted me and also arranged a face to face meeting.  Any worries  I had were swiftly allayed by the team calmly and empathetically.   The funeral was perfect no other word for it.    A fitting tribute to my brother and carried out at all times with the utmost of respect, friendliness and most of all care.  Some of the mourners commented what  a beautiful service and burial it was.  I would not hesitate to recommend when you need someone to ease the burden during the loss of a loved one.

Craig Button could not do enough for us to make sure it all went exactly as we wanted. Being disabled he always reassured me that he would always help me too. He is very caring and also very professional at the same time. Nobody could have done more. Excellent service.

The service and care were excellent. I was kept informed and consulted all the way through, before and after the funeral.  Craig is so professional, and has great empathy.  The whole team are super supportive at a very difficult time.  Nothing is too much trouble for them.  Highly recommend.  Sadly I have needed their services three times in recent years but there is no-one else I would trust my loved ones to.

I couldn’t fault the care we received other than what seemed to be a long wait for Mam to be transferred from the hospital to the funeral home - a total of 11 days (4 days were over the 2 weekends) which we found rather stressful.  Other than that everything went smoothly
