The whole process was made extremely straightforward, this was entirely down to Hazel who managed the entire process from start to finish. Hazel continued to keep us updated at regular intervals which, at such a time of stress, was most appreciated and reassuring, this enables us to know that all of our requirements were being managed with extremely care and courtesy.

We cannot thank her enough and would certainly recommend her to anyone.
