The team were excellent. Very kind, caring and helpful making a difficult time less stressful. Every communication over the telephone was followed up by an email so we were always aware of timescales. Nichola Linsey in particular was wonderful. I would definitely recommend the team in Jarrow.

Any anxiety I felt about arranging my mother’s funeral were removed when I met Gill, the funeral director.  She explained the whole procedure in a warm and sympathetic way, helping me through the many decisions that had to be made.  
On the day Craig guided the funeral party with great understanding and care. 
The whole experience was uplifting and professionally carried out.
