Absolutely a first class service from  Andrew and his team. From our first initial engagement with Andrew through the whole process to the end of our funeral day, Andrew was was very efficient very informative always available and nothing was ever any trouble or bother for him. An unfortunate event made more pleasant buy having Andrew and the team buy my family’s side step by step. Brilliant service from start to end, we can not thank the whole team enough, and I will be forever great full to them.

During this difficult year have not just lost one parent but both patents within 6 months. I wouldn't use anyone else apart from Andrew Grey the customer service was amazing always putting family at the forefront of what they do. Would highly recommend treated my dad and mam with great dignity.

Andrew and his team have been amazing from start to finish. So respectful towards our family during this horrible time. He put us at ease, and we knew our dad was in good, safe and caring hands. On the day of the funeral, we were supported from start to finish. Andrew is a caring, considerate and compassionate family man, and this shone through for our dads final send off, we couldn’t of asked for more if we tried! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

From the initial meeting with Ben the care and service shown to our family has been exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble for Ben and he regularly checked on my mam to make sure everything was as she required. He also selected Mark Black as our celebrant who was an amazing choice and who made us feel like he knew my dad. I can't praise the whole service enough and would definitely recommend Andrew Grey to anyone

Having never arranged a funeral before we met with Ben from Andrew gray funeral directors and he was excellent he listened to us he wasn't pushy and he gave us some good advice and was caring and compassionate nothing was any bother for him he kept in contact with me every step of the way and he made sure my aunties final journey went smoothly. I couldnt fault them even if i wanted too. Kay was perfect from the day i met her. The support she give me was amazing. Nothing was a hassle for her, she was in touch everyfew days. She made a hard time barable and make sure it was a perfect service for my dad.
