The review would have been excellent but was absolutely mortified when I took the urn from the bag. It was not what I expected my husband to be returned in. I think the price of funerals could include a decent urn to be included. People have thought it was some sort of protein shake bottle on the first glance. I couldn’t fault anything as from the start everything was dealt with very professionally.
