I was so impressed with the care we received from Elaine and her team. They were kind and caring during a time that could have been so horrible. They kept in touch at all times and the humanist service conducted by Michael was wonderful. I cannot recommend them enough. Everything was made so easy because they were so professional and dedicated. Thank you so much for making everything seem so easy.

The whole team at Co-op funeral care were very impressive . They were professional, caring and empathetic from the start. Provided a seamless service at such a distressing time for the family .

In the main all arrangements were carried out as per our wishes; the cars were spotless and the Co-op personnel were very professional however a number of issues could have been improved upon:
- although we were given a verbal estimate of costs, we never received the estimated details in writing.
- I didn't think the floral tribute looked as fresh as it should have even though we had been advised that due to the time of the funeral, the flowers would be delivered to the Chapel of Rest the previous afternoon.
- While arranging the funeral, we stipulated that the congregation would be invited to listen to the final song in full before departing, however it appeared that the Funeral Director had not been made aware of this and interrupted us halfway through.

Nichola was so helpful and organised Dawn's funeral with ease.
She kept us all informed on everything and answered all questions that we had .Always a phone call away and always happy to help.
Elaine at the chapel of rest was a lovely lady who looked after Dawn .
Everything was very professional and I liked the way that we were involved in every aspect of the funeral.Visited chapel a few a few times and Elaine made me very welcome,
I would definitely recommend co-op for their excellent services
