From my very first telephone conversation with Woodhatch Funeral care to have Mum collected from her own home looked after, until my last visit at the funeral care office with Fiona, everyone was so professional ,with an abundance of empathy ,understanding love & care!

The only small problem were attempts to contact the Woodhatch office, which was closed just about every time I tried to visit in person. When attempting to phone, I was re-directed to different centres several times, to be told I had called the wrong number. Once I was directed to the main central office and was told I shouldn't have phoned them. It was a little bit confusing at times.

However, I found Fiona Reynolds, the funeral arranger, very helpful, efficient and caring when discussing arrangements.

I found the coop funeral care very helpful under very difficult circumstance Every thing was carried out respectfully and to all our requests, also kept me fully up to date and even after the cremation. Could could not wish for better service

The most stressful thing I have ever had to arrange. I felt so sorry for the staff in Reigate as the majority of the issues were due to poor management. If my Nan hadn’t prepaid a package I would have cancelled and gone elsewhere

Apologies for the delay in replying. After a very stressful time resolving issues over the redemption of a funeral bond, when we actually got down to arranging the funeral it went very well. Mark couldn't have been more helpful on the day, he offered assurance and was a tower of strength when it was most needed. He definitely turned a 2 star poor start into a 5 star excellent end, thank you very much!
