The staff at Rosedale were incredibly kind and supportive from the beginning and throughout the whole planning process.
On the day of the funeral itself they were attentive and kind. They provided a very professional service and we were impressed with their respectful manner to both us, and the deceased.
They looked after us well from start to finish and we were so grateful for the kindness shown to us at such a sad time.

Rosedale has looked after my Father, brother and recently my mother. The kindness and respect they show is beyond words. Kathryn and Janet in the funeral home to  Kevin and the other Bearers at the funeral and then Brian at the internment of ashes were all as respectful and kind as each other . At the time in our lives when there is so much grief and at times confusion kindness and just a kind look is worth so very much and each and everyone has that . I thank them on behalf of all my family xxx

All the staff at Rosedale are extremely professional, friendly and are absolutely the best to look after you in such a difficult time. Nothing is too big or small for them and the pain of loosing mum was eased by the helpfulness of all of the staff, especially Kathryn. Thank you everyone

At a most difficult time the team were so caring and dedicated to making sure Dads funeral was exactly what he would have wished for. Attention to detail, walked us through each step and communication between the family and all other parties was exceptional. The staff at Bungay branch have been efficient and very considerate the whole way through my Fathers passing to the funeral. The day of the funeral was seamless and Toni & staff were very polite and thoughtful to our needs on a very tough day.

The staff at Rosedales have been amazing. I live very far away from where my loved one did so much of the arrangements were done from a distance. I worried this would be more difficult than it already was,however it was anything but. They were very communicative by email and by phone when needed and made sure that I understood all the the arrangements and was happy with it, even signing documentation was made easy.

The staff were sympathetic and kind and listened to everything I had to say without fuss.

I cannot thank them enough
