Rosedale have been very caring and supportive following the loss of my mum. Their team were efficient and kept me informed of the process. The celebrant they organised was a lovely lady who made the cremation a very personal and respectful day. All of their staff are caring and pleasant to deal with, making you feel your loss is important to them.

From the removal of my Dear Dad to Rosedales Funeral Home everything was done with compassion, empathy and complete professionalism. All staff treated us with respect when we were at the Funeral Home, to advice given over the phone, to even asking us and guiding us at the Funeral itself. I would truly recommend Rosedale for their excellent knowledge in all the stages of the services they provide. Thank you to you all, you turned an awful time in our lives to one that was very relaxed, we totally depended on you all and my goodness you certainly went above and beyond in all aspects of my Dear Dad's funeral. Thank you so very much, I would recommend your Funeral Home to anyone, they will not be disappointed.

Originally established in 2004 by Anne & Simon Beckett-Allen, Rosedale Funeral Home is renowned for producing a fitting tribute for your loved one, ensuring a high quality service and the best bereavement support during this difficult time.
Funeral Arranger & Administrator Kath Robinson is supported by a professional back of house team.
Rosedale’s compassionate staff are professional and take great care in looking after your loved one.
Rosedale have a flexible approach to funeral arrangements and are able to offer a face to face arrangement at the office in their beautifully presented but practical arrangement rooms, in the comfort of your own home or by telephone, Zoom or Skype.
Parking is available for visitors opposite the funeral home, and a separate disabled entrance is also available should it be required. Rosedale’s chapel of rest where you can spend time with your loved one is available on the ground floor.
Rosedale Funeral Home offers Bereavement Support Groups, which are free to attend and open to all, regardless of what funeral director you have used. At Rosedale, the team believes that providing the very best of bereavement care goes hand in hand with helping you arrange a funeral for your loved one.

The Rosedale experience was perfect in every way. Kathryn was so very kind and considerate in a professional manner. She made suggestions that we had not thought about, presented with a smile. The Celebrant, Chloe was equally kind ,caring and very professional. Other more personal details were shared and dealt with by Fiona, again I only experienced kindness.
I would not hesitate to recommend Rosedale to anyone, supported in this by my family.

Staff were kind and considerate throughout and tried to be helpful.
However the lack of knowledge about other agencies involved for example dignity uk, facilities at the crematorium and obitus was disappointing. This resulted in lots of queries some of which I needed to resolve directly with the agencies.
It was a small and simple funeral although I acknowledge some of my wishes were unusual. Staff were to able accommodate these requests well enough and did not try to dissuade me at any time.
An opportunity to discuss process and options ahead of the planning appointment would be welcome especially for those who have not arranged a funeral before.
