I can't recommend Rosedale enough, they have made a very difficult and sad situation, incredibly easy.

Kathryn was so helpful and the team that collected my Aunt when she first passed away were so empathetic and kind.

I lost my wife Lesley a few months ago after a long illness and I was distraught. At this time I was unsure of what to do. Someone advised me to use the services of Rosedale.
I was so pleased I chose these undertakers as they guided me through the whole process. Fiona and Kathryn were professional and empathetic, they made me feel so comfortable and in fact they have since become good friends. Nothing was too much for Kathryn and Fiona and they provided me with all the various options for the funeral. There was no pressure exerted on me and Amy too was also helpful as she helped me choose the photographs of Lesley to be used at the funeral.
I was allowed to see Lesley at the chapel of rest which helped me enormously.
Jill the celebrant did a wonderful job. She came out to my home and we discussed the service.
The staff responsible for transporting Lesley to the crematorium all looked extremely smart with a professional outlook.
The chief mourner Toni was no exception to this and I would like to extend my gratitude to her and her team for what they did.
I know Lesley would be proud of what Rosedale did for her.
I can recommend this friendly family run business, to provide whatever you require in respect of making it a memorable day.

We were extremely happy with the service we received from Rosedales from the start also the staff were fantastic very compassionate and professional, the only thing was the music in the church and the flowers nearly fell off the coffin going into the church but it was rectified very quickly

Kathryn and the other people I dealt with were very kind and helpful. They helped me to make arrangements at a really difficult time and took away a lot of the stress and worry involved in planning a funeral. The service itself went well and was a lovely tribute to our dear mum.

Rosedale have been very caring and supportive following the loss of my mum. Their team were efficient and kept me informed of the process. The celebrant they organised was a lovely lady who made the cremation a very personal and respectful day. All of their staff are caring and pleasant to deal with, making you feel your loss is important to them.

From the removal of my Dear Dad to Rosedales Funeral Home everything was done with compassion, empathy and complete professionalism. All staff treated us with respect when we were at the Funeral Home, to advice given over the phone, to even asking us and guiding us at the Funeral itself. The Celebrant, Chloe was equally kind ,caring and very professional. Other more personal details were shared and dealt with by Fiona, again I only experienced kindness.

Staff were kind and considerate throughout and tried to be helpful.
However the lack of knowledge about other agencies involved for example dignity uk, facilities at the crematorium and obitus was disappointing. This resulted in lots of queries some of which I needed to resolve directly with the agencies. 

It was a small and simple funeral although I acknowledge some of my wishes were unusual.  Staff were to able accommodate these requests well enough and did not try to dissuade me at any time. 

An opportunity to discuss process and options ahead of the planning appointment would be welcome especially for those who have not arranged a funeral before.
