The care and respect that the staff gave to visitors and the deceased was nothing less than exemplary. The facility was excellent, well kept and subdued. The staff were courteous, helpful and respectful - nothing was too much trouble. Everything with regard to the funeral was well planned, every request for the procession was granted.

Sharon & bryce were very proffessional .kind.supportive.respectfull.and genuine people.who went above and beyond.i cant thank them enough.if it wasnt for them dealing with my dads funeral i would have gone esle where.but i do strongly recommend that your out of hours calls that are redirected to manchester took me 40 minuites with three attemps.two of them which cut me off after 15min.if i hadnt put a preplanned plan in place i would of gone else where.i asked for sharon and bryce to deal with my dads passing due to exellent service prior.
