From the moment we made a first appointment with Wombourne Funeral Services the help and support was first class - sensitive and efficient.  The communication throughout was excellent and on the day of the funeral itself the professionalism was top quality - in appearance of the staff and the cars.  It made the dat truly special.

An excellent rating would have been achieved but for the fact that the 2 family wreaths were not in the hearse for the drive to the crematorium, which at the time was quite upsetting.

I utilised the services of the Wall Heath Office for my fathers funeral, and from the moment I came into contact with Lisa, I experienced nothing but professionalism, kindness and compassion.

On the actual day of the funeral service all of the gentleman representing Wombourne Funeral Service acted in the same manner.

I cannot fault the service they provided, and would recommend this is the company anyone uses at such a difficult time.

When we came to organise my wife's funeral we spoke with Becky who was absolutely brilliant, so helpful and friendly and answered every question we raised. The service itself was lovely and well read by Helen. All in all I would reccomend Wombourne Funeral Services as they have been amazing.

We found everyone to be extremely professional, helpful and courteous. The funeral cars, especially the hearse, were extremely impressive and mother would have been really pleased with her last journey!
The flowers and orders of service were excellent and were done exactly to our wishes.

Wombourne Funeral directors are extremely caring dignified and professional service. Nothing to much trouble to assist the family in their time of need.
They were contactable any time and always answered queries, they treated us like part of the family. The Evans family would like to thank you so much to each and everyone of you for your kindness and the dignity you showed to our husband/dad/grandad.
