I am the least computer savvy of of the 70 plus group, but she got me through this with the personal touch.

Excellent service, couldn’t have asked for more.  Yvonne showed us so much compassion and empathy.  She never rushed us dealt with our queries promptly and efficiently.  She was absolutely lovely and made a very difficult time somewhat easier.
It was a comfort to know my brother was in good hands has were we.
  Jono and Gemma on the day where just lovely gentle , warm and again compassionate. No rushing us allowed us to do what we needed to do.  
We couldn’t ask for anymore.  Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

From the first phone call the service provided by Yvonne at Haliwells, Coseley was exceptional. She began by acknowledging the loss of my loved one. After which she proceeded to provide useful information and made recommendations concerning the various options available to me. The quality of service was fabulous, responses to emails were timely and provided clarification and updates on how the arrangements were progressing. She spent time discussing things with me and at no point did I feel rushed or pressured. She spent a lot of time assisting in sourcing the correct music for the ceremony.

Everything ran to time and smoothly on the day, all in all this meant that a very difficult day was made much easier due to the efforts made by Yvonne and the team. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to use Haliwells in the future.
