All aspects of arranging the funeral with Kerry and Jessica were provided in a professional manner and every step of the arrangements clearly and calmly explained. We were kept fully informed of the progress and supported in guiding us through the decisions we needed to make.
Would highly recommend the services provided.
Our only issue related to the removal of the existing headstone (which we know was not a fault with the funeral director), this was advised to Kerry so that the contractor could be advised.

From our first contact we were dealt with compassionately and patiently. Our desired funeral was not necessarily conventional and our wishes were readily accepted and accommodated.
The funeral was as my Father would have liked it and we very much appreciated the peaceful and reflective way in which we were allowed to pay our respects.

The staff are so very helpful and nothing is to much trouble, they have the most amazing, beautiful kids and hearts, they like oked after my dad will the so much love and respect, I am so happy that my dad was looked after with them, I can't thank you all so much for everything. I highly recommend this beautiful funeral home for your loved ones.

The worst part of life is losing someone you love. It hurts more than words can quantify. Having to say goodbye is so very hard and something that is quite honestly indescribable. 
The decision to liaise with the
Co-op, funeral directors was made at a very low time in our families life, but one that has proven to be perfect for our needs. 
We met with Linda at the Kiveton branch to talk through everything and having not had the need to arrange a celebration of life before I can honestly say Linda was nothing short of amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. She was very patient, understanding, supportive, professional and knowledgeable. 
Linda, thank you so much. You picked an amazing celebrant for us. Simon spent hours with the family and put together an amazing send off. Balanced with stories of happy memories, humour and tributes. 
Also the drivers and pall bearers. They too were so caring and helpful. Unfortunately I only can recall one drivers name so I decline to mention it (Colin) as I would prefer for them all to reap the same gratitude. 
If you have read this far, thank you. I really cannot thank everyone at the company enough, especially Linda who really did ensure everything was perfect and the day went smoothly.

It’s been a very difficult time for the family but the compassion, care and respect we received from Linda was wonderful. We can’t thank her enough. She kept us informed on everything. She told us that we could contact her at any time if we had an questions. 
The service we received from James Greely was lovely and he made us feel well looked after. Vic and his team made the actual funeral pass effortlessly. Everything was spot on. The team couldn’t do more for us. We’ll done to everyone.

From beginning to end the co op gave us an impeccable service, they were very helpful and pleasant always keeping us well informed prior to the service. the flowers that we ordered were lovely. the minister who did the service described my mother exactly, it was a wonderful service just as mum would have wanted.

Linda was really patient with me as I wanted to get as much right as I could in line with mum’s wishes, and there were many adjustments that I requested for the order of service to make it perfect.  Linda made many phone calls on my behalf because of my many requests. The flowers were beautiful despite the difficulties the florist had with getting the precise flowers in the end, and they had put in a lot of work for a suitable alternative.  I was phoning Linda constantly and she was really understanding and very polite and empathetic with me.  Vic phoned me and introduced himself and made sure he knew mum’s address correctly so that nothing went wrong on the day, and they all looked after us very well including our driver (front car).  Despite Linda being very busy at the time, she described in detail about how mum was being looked after and I felt reassured that mum was being treated with care and respect and she really delivered a personal touch.  Thank you to everyone involved in making the day go very well.  I wouldn’t have changed anything xxxxx
