Jamie and his team supported me throughout with incredible care, understanding, respect and invaluable guidance. No request was ever too much trouble – you truly went above and beyond to make sure the service was right for us. Organising a bagpiper was just one example of the extra care and thought you put into everything.




Kevin was amazing. You can tell this is far more than just a job to him, and that shines through in everything he does.




El, who conducted the service, was also wonderful. She knew exactly the right balance of emotion and calmness, helping guide us through the service and making such a difficult moment feel a little easier to get through.




Thank you all so much for everything you did for Dad and for our family.

Totally supportive throughout. Jamie very happy to be available even on his day off! All the different elements organised and everything flowed smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt like we had a family friend guiding us through an emotional time rather than a formal business transaction.
