From my mum being taking into the care of John fairest to her funeral everything was explained and taken care of.
We had the same celebrant that did my dad's funeral 2 years previously. morag was very understanding and patient. morag offered suggestions on wording and was very supportive.
Sam the funeral director was very patient and empathetic, I did not feel rushed into making decisions or forced into choosing something I did not want. Sam was very knowledgeable and it was lovely that he was able to support from start to finish. All staff in the building were helpful and supportive. Highly recommended for anyone needing to hold and organise a funeral.

Spot on, just was never asked about photographs to be placed on the coffin during the service. Also wrong colour used in the flowers.

We received an efficient and helpful service. The staff were friendly and compassionate. The funeral was well organised and everything was as required. The funeral director went over and above by filming the service for family members who were unable to attend due to Covid.
