Really helpful and respectful. Did everything I asked of them. We had Kieran dealing with the funeral and he did an amazing job. Excellent.
We had a celabrant who conducted the service. Clive Pashley I would highly recommend him.

Where to start. I was left in charge of planning the funeral for my late father inlaw. Having never done anything like this I felt a little out of my comfort zone. Sherree was amazing from start to finish. She guided me through the process in a very professional manner. This was a lengthy process not down to any fault of anyone . Sherree would ring me up with updates and inform me of progress made day to day. This was a very sad situation made slightly bearable

Right from the first moment we met the team we felt that mom would be looked after and that we as a family were in good hands. We were advised of the options available and were not at any time pressured into selecting any additional services but guided and helped all the time.

The only thing which wasn't too great was the weekend contact which is of no fault of the branch but something which co-op as a business seriously need to review. I waited over 50 minutes to get hold of a call handler and still did not get an answer and eventually gave up. As I say not the fault of the John Fairest branch they were great but come on co-op sort your call centre out waiting for 50 minutes to book an appointment to see a loved one at the chapel of rest and hearing a message say you are working hard to answer the call is just not on

Jonh Fairest has taken care of my families funeral requirements for over 50 years, & has always been with the utmost care & respect, my mums funeral was no exception, everything was suitably perfect, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The whole experience from informing John Fairest of the passing of Jean, throughout the making of all the arrangements and the total funeral ceremony, including the transportation to and from the crematorium, was carried out with full professionalism and kindness by the company. Words are hard to find so soon after losing a loved one. But I would like to say a huge thank you to Kirsty Buckley and all who cared for my late father.

The service offered and delivered was exceptional and delivered in a professional, caring and thoughtful manner. This approach helped us immensely as a family and ensured that we were able to say our goodbyes to Pops in the way that we and he wanted.
