Excellent service from organising the funeral to picking up the ashes, mainly led by Kristy but all other staff we came across were also excellent.  Handled with sensitivity and made the process easy during a stressful time for the family.

We used John Fairest on the passing of my dad. From the moment we arrived Maxine who dealt with all the arrangements supported us throughout it all. Regularly phone calls to update or just to check we were all ok. On the day the staff were both professional & caring. I cannot praise & thank  them enough for what they did
