I cannot thank the staff enough for how well they supported our family and cared for our mum, Glenda during this extremely difficult time.
They have been truly amazing! 

Our mums funeral was beautiful and went without a hitch!
The horses and carriage looked stunning and they even went to the trouble of colour matching the horses attire to our colour scheme.
We were just blown away.

From start to finish, the staff have been wonderful, patient and paid attention to every detail in respect of our beautiful mums wishes.

The Suffolk Road team looked after us really well right from my first phone call. Our funeral director, Angela, was really helpful and caring and we felt confident that she had everything under control. This was really important to us at such a difficult time. She kept in regular contact with us and kept us fully updated as to where we were in the process. She explained everything clearly and allowed us time to consider what we wanted. On the day of dad's funeral, everything went to plan. Angela and the team ensured the day was a success and we can't thank them enough.

I cannot express my gratitude to the team at coop funeral care Suffolk Road Sheffield enough. They made a difficult task and event, bearable and i genuinely felt i could ask them anything and they would deal with it. In an age of poor customer service this team made a refreshing change with their quality of service. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I cannot thank them enough for the way they dealt with the death of my father. I will be eternally grateful to them.

All the staff are very friendly and reassuring especially when you had a query regarding what was going to happen or what was happening. On the actual day of the funeral, Vic and is team carried out their duties in a very professional manner. The day went well and we felt at ease under the care of the team.
