Every aspect of the arrangements for my Mothers' 'Celebration of Life' was impeccably organised by Stoodley & Son. From the first meeting, to the departure from the Crematorium, Tracey Warren and her staff handled affairs with understanding and efficiency. Also, Ali the recommended celebrant understood and delivered the introduction and departure from the service in a tone wholly consistent with the 'brief'. My sincere thanks to all Stoodleys.

Following initial contact with Stoodleys, their representative attended my home very punctually. He discussed the possibility of arranging my wife's funeral with compassion and care. During discussions with my family he was very informative and paid great attention to the wishes of us all. His advice was well thought out and answered all of the questions that we had. I have the greatest praise for Stoodleys and their representative, Mr Colin Roberts in particular. I am very grateful for the way in which everything was done. Being able to be associated with the construction of the willow coffin was something that I had not anticipated but it helped the family to face up to the service. The suggested celebrant who conducted the service was outstanding. The subsequent funeral service went superbly with friends subsequently telling me that they were immensely impressed by the way in which Stoodleys had organised it all. I have no points at all that I think could be bettered.

We could not have had any better service if stoodleys had tried! From the minute I called Tracey everything was taken care of. Exactly what you need when you are grieving - someone else to organise everything for you just as you want it!! Absolutely first class service and so compassionate and empathetic!! At all times the focus was on what was requiested by the family with appropriate time allowed to bring together Dad’s wishes to culminate in the perfect send offf which he would have been proud of. The team went beyond the call of duty, as part of the process took place over the Easter weekend when visiting Dad in the chapel of rest was not restricted.
The whole process was very personal and nothing was to much trouble. A service we as a family would have no hesitation in recommending.

Heartfelt thanks to Colin and Tracey for making the whole occasion as stressless as possible.
An absolutely first class service was provided right from the initial phone call.
Colin came to the house and dealt with all the arrangements with great professionalism and understanding, offering advice and guidance whilst letting the family take time to consider the options and make the decisions.
We were very impressed with the way he talked us through the whole procedure and listened to our ideas and wishes, he really put our minds at ease.
Unfortunately Colin was not able to attend the actual funeral, but Tracey took charge and ensured that the day went smoothly.
At all times, we were treated with the utmost dignity and respect and we cannot praise this company highly enough.
We would not hesitate to recommend them.

My father's funeral arrangements were handled with sensitivity, professionalism, genuine care and attention to detail. They guided me every step of the way and gave me useful and helpful advice concerning not just the funeral itself, but also recommended equally helpful contacts for the celebrant, flowers, etc. Then, on the day, they were punctual, sensitive and helpful.
