At such a difficult time it is important to feel supported & listened to, with clear guidance on the necessary steps to take. Ellodie did all of this & showed our Family compassion & understanding.
Taking time to check how we were doing & assuring us that Dad was being respectfully looked after, was a comfort to us all.

Everything  on the day went very well. Kelly and the other attendants were excellent and instructive.

The shuttling of my father along the M5 was disappointing when we had been advised he would lay at rest in Clevedon very close to his home address.

The COOP Microsoft link never worked.

Initial consultation with Elliot was OK , she was empathetic and will obviously be good in the position but it was obvious she was new to the position and lacked the knowledge, mentoring and training to answer my questions .

I would have appreciated meeting the funeral director who was actually dealing with the funeral prior to the day, rather than a having a phone call the evening before, asking me to make decisions for which I was not prepared. I was given the impression that I would meet her.

I was impressed with the kindness and respect shown.

The initial meeting was arranged to suit my availability and Lorraine was so helpful when I had questions to ask and was willing to make adjustments to suit family requests.

Making contact with her through the days between our initial meeting and the funeral was easy via email, phone call or popping into office. I really appreciated the way she made herself available and responded quickly to queries.

From the initial telephone call to R.G. Rawlings to the Cremation, the procedure went smoothly and so took away any worry I might have had. Lorraine has been able to answer my questions and was a great help with the Order of Service for the subsequent Thanksgiving Service for my late wife.
