More than 5 stars. From start to finish the family were treated with respect, compassion and empathy by Orlando, the Funeral Director. Nothing was too much trouble. He was with us every step of the way, guiding us through decisions that had to be made with sensitivity and understanding.

Losing a loved one is tragic enough and then arranging a funeral whilst trying to grieve is stressful and hard. After losing my brother I had a vision of how I wanted the funeral to be and Mark made that vision come true and more. The attention to detail was second to none, his compassion and patience made the process much less stressful, nothing was too much trouble for him. He went above and beyond. Definitely recommend if you want a bespoke and personalised service that will be what your loved one deserved and more. From the bottom of my heart I thank Mark and the team greatly, Bridgette.

All the hard work and care that went into making Tyler’s funeral exactly what we wanted was worth every moment – we gave him the beautiful, dignified send-off he deserved. Nothing was too much trouble for Mark and his colleagues. 
No matter what random questions I had Mark took the time to answer them. 
All of them were so respectful and caring towards my mum and family on the day of the funeral. 
Would highly recommend them to anyone who needs help with a loved one’s passing.
