Andy conducted my Mums funeral and he was very professional even when a problem occurred with a car, in fact from arranging the funeral with Karen right down to the day the support was amazing couldn't have wished for more pleasant people.

Funeral arranger Karen Horton is in charge of the branch, along with senior funeral director and area manager Jonathan Baker.
The Sutton office, which became a part of the A W Lymn group in 2013, also deals with Lymn Vouchers and pre-paid funeral plans.
The site features full client facilities such as a family room, visiting room and cold room, and A.W. Lymn's funeral arranger, Jackie Potter, from A W Lymn Shirebrook also lives on the premises.
Karen is at the office from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm and also after hours by appointment. You can receive assistance by calling A.W. Lymn Sutton's telephone number, which is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The branch covers all of Sutton in Ashfield and its surrounding area including Berry Hill, Blidworth, Harlow Wood, Forest Town, Kirkby-in-Ashfield, Ladybrook, Mansfield, Rainworth and beyond.
A W Lymn The Family Funeral Service was founded in 1907 by Arthur William Lymn. Jackie, Matthew and Nigel Lymn Rose currently run the company.

Absolutely faultless from the first daunting phone call. The compassion, courtesy and attention to detail shown by Karen helped us through a very emotional time. Thank you too for the respect given to my late mother, it meant more than you will know.

I would just like to say that everything that your company did for us was fantastic and you went above and beyond to provide everything I asked for , I would just like to say Karen at your Sutton in ashfield branch is lovely and if it wasn't for her I don't know how I would have coped . Also Adam who looked after things on the day was lovely . What more can I say you as a company are fantastic and your staff are really special people they are a credit to you , I certainly know my mum was well looked after THANKYOU.

Firstly we would like to say that Karen treated us with dignity care and compassion she was hard working my and nothing was too much effort we became to rely on Karen and treated her as our friend
The day of the funeral was arranged to a t, sleek dignified and with class
Jonathon was excellent addressing my mother first and knowing our names made us feel like he knew us he was fantastic
The transport was spotlessly clean , the casket was beautiful and the pall bearers respectful and dignified
Small touches such as name labels, the candles in the chapel of rest, the memorial book made us feel that we had given my dad the best send off possiblwe cannot thank the team and Karen enough

Everything was outstanding from the moment of organising the funeral up to and including the funeral day itself. they fully explained everything from start to finish. and also said if we require anything after that we just need to contact them.
