Standard Simple Funeral

Service includes:

This is what Co-op Funeralcare offer as part of their Simple Funeral:

They will remove your loved one from their place of death into their care within a 50 mile radius
If death occurs out of normal working hours, at home or in a care home, they will remove your loved one into their care, out of hours, at no extra cost
They will prepare, care for and dress your loved one in a gown to match the interior of their Basic Coffin
Your loved one will rest in their mortuary facility, or if required, a private rest room in their funeral home
You’ll be able to visit your loved one during normal working hours at no additional charge
They will transport your loved one from the funeral home to the crematorium or burial site in a ceremonial vehicle of their choice
On the day of the funeral, a wheeled bier will be used or the family can bear the coffin
They will make all necessary arrangements for a dignified funeral
Your funeral director will be there at the funeral to support and guide you through the funeral

Karen at the Retford branch was fantastic, however , I found communication whilst Karen was on holiday hit and miss. I emailed an enquiry and never got an answer until I went into the branch, also never got forwarded the song choice I needed to listen to.
Other than this the service was excellent.
If I was to be critical, I would say the outside of the store needs some attention.

My brothers funeral was so beautiful, quiet, peaceful & perfect, he wouldn't of wanted a fuss. The setting was beautiful looking over the fields, most importantly to me they cared not just about us, they cared about my lovely brother. Who I miss dearly. Words cannot express how thankful we are we came to yourselves. Everyone we had contact with were amazing. couldn’t of asked for anything better.Thank you from the bottom of our heart’s.
