Very happy with the service provided. Made a very sad day a little special. The horses and carriage looked stunning. Chess helped us every step of the way and bent over backwards with any requests we made.

From our initial contact with the Bulwell branch of The Co-operative Funeralcare to the day of the funeral, the service was professional, friendly and compassionate.
This was very much appreciated as apart from dealing with personal feelings, the process of saying Goodbye to a loved one is so overwhelming emotionally never mind having to navigate the practicalities of the process.
On the day of the funeral there was an accident on the route to the Crematorium which delayed the arrival of the hearse and also people who had travelled to attend the service. The team from Bulwell Co-operative Funeralcare manged this beautifully, as did Anja Liedler the Celebrant. They also accommodated unplanned requests from various family members on the day of the funeral.
We recommend the Bulwell branch of the Co-operative Funeralcare 100%.

Co op funeral care did an amazing job with my dad's funeral. They were very warm and caring which made the whole process much easier. Danielle and Francesca stood out for me for being just lovely through everything. They were very helpful and offered advice when needed with no judgement. They were fab with my 2 year old son too. I can't thank them enough for all that they did. Thank you for everything.

Danielle was compassionate and understanding at all stages. She was very knowledgeable and helped us to make informed decisions by sharing options. Nothing was too much trouble and she stayed in touch with me until after the funeral. No one in their mid seventies expects to arrange the funeral of their son but Danielle and the rest of the staff made it more bearable. Thank you.

Sadly, since March 2021, I've sought the help, advice, service and support from Bulwell Funeralcare thee times . First my wife Karen,
then my daughter-in-law Colette, now my son Darrell .
Regardless of how many times I entered Bulwell F/C
I was given the finest service possible from Jacque, Danielle, Helen or anyone else whose names I forget.
Thank you to Stuart the funeral director who handled everything so very well.Thank you to Richard Late,who once again provided us with more than we could have hoped for.
