We were happy with everything Gillotts arranged, going above and beyond for our bespoke funeral. We felt Gillotts really cared about our family member and nothing was too much trouble. Danni at Gillotts Selston branch was absolutely wonderful, kind and so helpful in guiding us after my dads sudden death. His send off was perfect. On the day Helen and the team were perfect. Couldn’t of asked for it to of been any better

The service at Gillotts was excellent. They had the right balance of compassion and sorting out all the practical details for our Fathers funeral. Danni was really great and was always very helpful and understanding as were the rest of the team.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of a caring and supportive service during the difficult times that follow the death of a loved one.

The service that was given to myself and my family at a very sad time was impeccable, from the first phone call to the meeting with us to discuss Paul's funeral details it was handled with dignity and professionalism throughout, Anthony was considerate, caring and compassionate and helped make a very emotional time a little easier. Danni was fantastic on the phone and in person and answered all my queries along the way and on the day of the funeral Anthony was caring and sincere and made the family and myself at ease and made the day so much easier to get through. We cannot thank Gillotts Selston office enough for their kind and compassionate help in arranging my Dads funeral.  At a time when we were so emotional and sad nothing was too much trouble and they took all the stress of arranging the funeral away. Helen came to see us at home and was there all the way through to the day itself, she was an absolute rock for us. Not only is she a really lovely, caring and kind lady who helped to make the funeral a really personal service she is so good at her job that she made it all really easy for us, giving us plenty of time to make our choices, nothing was too much trouble for her. We really cannot recommend their services highly enough.

Danni at Selston was very impressive; professional and kindly without being mawkish, I would recommend you speak with her and check that she is available throughout the organisation process.
The actual service was superbly handled by lead Funeral Director, the jaguar cars are magnificent and were driven skillfully - this was commented on by many.
It was dignified, respectful and professional, which is exactly what we wanted.
