After the loss of my husband Helen came and visited our home and started us on the road to
planning his funeral. It was done with utmost care, kindness and professionalism.
We also had the same kind of experience with Helen Jones the celebrant who we told that we didn't want anything too sombre.
She delivered exactly what we asked for a respectful but light hearted celebration of his life.
Thanks also to all the staff at Selston always willing to help and always at the end of the phone if needed.
Thanks to everyone involved on a very sad day for us all..

An excellent service from Danni and the lady who was with me when I went to see mum, both were very professional. Just one comment, we felt a little rushed after the service when wanting to speak to everyone who had come to pay their respects. People we hadn’t seen for some time and who weren’t joining us at the wake.

My Mother, passed away on New Years Day, at 2am, and from that point with the first contact with Gillotts Funeral Directors, a short while after that, I knew that I made the right decision.

Danni at the Selston office was amazing, so heart-warming, professional and kind at each visit that we had, and especially when we went to see Mum in the chapel, on each occasion.

I could not have asked for any more, and she looked after all our wishes, by the letter, in conjunction with the Celebrant, Chris, who conducted the service, who conducted a lovely service on the day.

Danni and her team, on the day of Mum's funeral were professional and we could not have wished for anything more.

Many thanks to everyone at Gillotts, you all made my Mum's send off, so very special. Thank you.

Wonderful service!  Understanding, reassuring and absolutely delivered on the day.  
Nice people - this phrase doesn’t do them justice but they didn’t have to TRY to be nice or pretend to care, they just genuinely wanted to do their best.
